Muscloskeletal Injury, Chronic Pain, Rehab
Sports Massage
As a qualified Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, I will help you move better, recover faster, and feel your best. Combining expert knowledge of anatomy with powerful hands-on techniques — including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, muscle energy work, stretching, and mobilization — I target the root cause of pain, not just the symptoms. Whether you’re an athlete, gym-goer, or simply want to feel looser and pain free, my tailored treatments are designed to boost performance, enhance mobility, and keep your body performing at its peak.
Scar Tissue Release
The McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release (MSTR) technique is a myofascial release method that aims to gently and effectively ease restricted scars and scar tissue. It is designed to be flexible and can be effective for most scars, regardless of their age. The technique has been shown to have a profound effect on physical factors such as pain, posture, and injury tendency, as well as on mental and emotional issues linked to scars. MSTR can be applied to various surgical scars, including caesarean, mastectomy, and joint replacement scars. The treatment is suitable for scars that are completely healed and at least 8 weeks old, but it cannot be used if surgical mesh has been used.
Bowen Therapy
If you are seeking a gentle yet effective form of treatment then Bowen Therapy (myofascial release) could be for you. Bowen addresses the body as a whole rather than a particular issue. Through gentle, precise movements over muscles, tendons, and ligaments, this technique helps calm the nervous system and to release deep-seated tension, restore balance, and trigger self-repair. Suitable for all ages- from babies to the elderly- Bowen has been shown to help with everything from back pain and migraines to stress and digestive issues. Discover how something so gentle can make such a powerful difference.

Injury Rehab
Injuries can be a nuisance and incredibly frustrating.
But with a structured, progressive rehabilitation program, you can restore mobility and flexibility, rebuild muscle strength and tone, and effectively manage both acute and chronic pain. With my training in Pilates I can formulate an approach that not only supports your short-term recovery, but also enhances long-term resilience and helps prevent future injuries.
With over 10 years experience helping people feel their best, I offer personalised therapies to ease tension, improve movement, and boost overall performance. My services include Sports Massage, Sports Injury Rehab, Bowen Therapy, TMJ and Soft Tissue Massage, Scar Tissue Release, and Pilates.
