About me

Sport and the outdoors have always been at the centre of my life. I’ve taken part in triathlons, open-water swims, and the occasional half-marathon, and my love for skiing just keeps growing—despite my habit of injuring myself along the way! I also spent eight years volunteering as a swim coach with the North Cornwall Dragons.

During that time, I became a qualified outdoor education instructor, a role that perfectly blends my passion for adventure, continuous learning, and helping others build confidence in the outdoors.

As a parent to three sporty children, we navigated our fair share of bumps, strains, and sprains. Supporting them through those challenges sparked my fascination with the human body and ultimately led me to begin my career in the field ten years ago.
